When a “Starters”, “Current” or “My Topics” link is selected on the Home page, or from the Favorites Popup, OurGov switches to the document view.  A list to the left of the document view contains the search results of the chosen topic.  When an item in the search results list is selected, the document view on the right updates to show a splash page of information about the selected item.  The splash page is background information and basic statistics which will display in the document view.
